Who is responsible
The TheraVention project team manages this updates list. For questions or requests about your personal data, use the privacy request form below.
What we collect and why
When you subscribe, we store your email address, chosen language, subscription date, consent and the version of the notice shown to you. We also store a private unsubscribe token and the confirmation email’s sending status and provider reference. This lets us send the confirmation and the TheraVention updates you requested, record your choices and handle unsubscribe requests. This form does not ask for medical or health data.
When you contact us
We store your email, message, optional name, subject and submission date to handle your enquiry. We send an acknowledgement and any replies through Resend, which processes the recipient address and message content. Incoming correspondence and sent replies are available only in our private admin area. Contact and privacy forms do not subscribe you to updates. We retain correspondence only while needed to respond and document the request. Please do not submit health information.
Your consent
Joining the updates list is voluntary. The checkbox is unticked by default. Sending you the requested confirmation and updates is based on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew.
Where your data goes
Subscription records are stored privately using Cloudflare storage services. Resend receives your email address and the message content to send the confirmation email. These providers may process data outside the EEA under their applicable transfer arrangements. Their own service and security logs may be retained under their policies. We do not sell or share this mailing list for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your subscription while you remain subscribed and this updates list is in use. Using the unsubscribe link removes your subscription record and private unsubscribe token from our list. Email-provider and hosting logs are separate and follow the providers’ retention policies. If you submit a privacy request, we retain the request and the information needed to handle it and document our response for as long as that remains necessary.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object where applicable. Use the form below; we may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing data. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.
Language preferences and site security
Your selected language and accessibility preferences are stored locally in your browser. This site does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting services process technical request information for operation and security. The updates list does not use your information for automated decisions or health assessments.

For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions. Please do not include medical information. A request can be submitted independently of a newsletter subscription.
